Проект “ТЦ Доверие Бриколаж” – “покупка и обратно отдаване под наем”

In the second half of 2006, BREF concluded two “sale and leaseback” deals with the French “Do-It-Yourself” chain “Mr. Bricolage”. The Fund purchased two retail outlets for the amount of EUR 10 million and leased them back to the seller- “Doverie Brico”AD. BREF had sold one of his retail stores, located in Varna and now are managing just the premises located in Sofia. The lease contract period is ten years till 2026. The outlet is the  best-performing asset of the chain in the country. It is situated in the biggest Bulgarian city – Sofia, have favourable location and benefit from easy transportation access.
