Partial repayment of principal under the loan
Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT has signed an annex to its investment loan agreement with Eurobank Bulgaria AD, related to the financing of the Synergy Tower office building in Sofia Tech Park, Sofia. Pursuant to the annex, the company made an early repayment of BGN 8,500,000 (eight million five hundred thousand leva) from the principal outstanding under the loan. All other terms and conditions of the investment loan agreement remain unchanged.
