New lease agreement for premises in Building 1

“BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND” ADSIC has signed an lease agreement for 623 sq.m. office space in Building 1B in Business Park Sofia with Bulpros Consulting AD. With the additionally leased premises the occupancy rate of Building 1B, which BREF has acquired in the beginning of the current year, increases up to 93%.
