Notification preliminary agreement Mladost 4 zoned plot sale
Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT signed a preliminary contract for the sale of zoned land plot in Sofia, Mladost area, Mladost 4 district with an area of 7 570 sq.m. The selling price of the property is 2 800 000 (two million and eight hundred thousand) euro without VAT and 10 per cent are due as an advance payment. Buyers are Nevikom Co OOD and Avaton Development EOOD. The deal is to be finalised in March 2026.
