Notification preliminary agreement Kambani Green Offices

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT signed a preliminary contract for the sale of Kambani Green Offices. The selling price of the property is 17 000 000 (seventeen million) euro without VAT and 10 per cent have been received as an advance payment.

The completion of a comprehensive legal, factual and technical review of the property is a prerequisite for the execution of the final sale agreement.
