New agreement with MNI OOD for the execution of activities as a third party within the meaning of the SPICSCA
Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT has signed a new agreement with MNI OOD for the execution of activities as a third party within the meaning of the Special Purpose Investment Companies and Securitisation Companies Act. The agreement was approved by the Financial Supervision Commission.
At the Company’s regular Annual General Meeting held on 25 June 2026, the shareholders approved the method for determining the success fee payable under the agreement with the third party.
