Notification New Lease Agreement in Kambani Green Offices

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT has signed an annex to the lease agreement with Private Primary School Maple Bear Ltd. for staged lease of additional space in Kambani Green Offices. According to the annex the lease term of the additional space will expire simultaneously with the lease term of the previously leased premises – September 15, 2033.

With the newly leased area, the occupancy rate of Kambani Green Offices stands at 79.9%.
