Kambani Business Center

BREF’s development Kambanite Business Centre is a mixed-use building, offering quality office and retail space. The start of the project was in 2006, when the plot was purchased and the construction began. The business centre was designed to have two underground levels and six above-ground floors. Among its features are: flexible open space offices and tailor-made partitioning, modern telecommunications and CCTV, 4 pipe A/C system, reception desk, etc. The project’s parameters are: total built-up area – 31 279 sq.m, including office space and common area – 16 266 sq.m and retail space – 15 013 sq.m; above-ground parking lots – 217. The property is located at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, in the southern section of Sofia’s Ring Road and is very close to Mladost IV residential area – just across Business Park Sofia. Its frontage is in the immediate proximity to the Ring Road and ensures quick accessibility through all main boulevards of the city.

In 2008 BREF sold KBC retail part at shell construction and in 2009 received a permit for use of the office part. Upon completion of the construction works, the office space was leased, with Hewlett Packard as the main tenant. At the end of 2011 the fund sold also the office part of the building and the the project was completed.
