Prolongation of the lease agreements for Mr.Bricolage stores

“BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND” signed annexes for extension of the lease agreements for Mr.Bricolage stores in Varna and Sofia. The terms of the lease agreement are prolonged with additional 5 years till the end of 2021 and from July 2013 a rent indexation is introduced. Rent for the additional five year term will be reduced with 10% compared with the last indexed rent for 2016. Since 2013 the tenant Doverie-Brico AD will undertake the waste disposal and pay the annual garbage taxes.

The current lease agreements were signed in 2006 and expire at the second half of 2016.
