Notification Lease Agreement
Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT has signed a lease agreement for office space with Betty Technology EOOD in Synergy Tower in Sofia Tech Park. The lease term, according to the agreement, is 5 years and the leased area is 6 813.77 sq. m. The lease is to effectively start in Q2 2027. Тhe occupancy rate of Synergy Tower stands at 82.59%
The company has also signed an annex to the lease agreement with CC Smart Solutions Bulgaria EAD for extension of the lease agreement for 444.3 sq. m. office space in Building 1 in Business Park Sofia with 4 additional years. The occupancy of the building remains 67%.
