Notification increased shareholding

On the basis of Art. 17, p. 1 from Regulation (EU) 596/2014 we inform you that:

UPF Doverie have informed “BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND” REIT that has increased its shareholding in the Fund from 4.54% to 5.06%, and on this basis POK Doverie has an indirect stake in the share capital of 6.86%.
