Notification for signed final purchase and sale agreement for sale of property in Sofia
“BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND” REIT has signed the final purchase and sale agreement (notary deed) for the sale of one of the regulated land plots in Mladost 4 district in Sofia with area of 3,616 sq.m. The sale price is 250 euro per sq.m. After the transaction, BREF is left with properties with a total area of 29,489 sq.m., out of which 21,516 sq.m. zoned and the rest unzoned, intended for green areas.
