Notification New Lease Agreement in Synergy Tower

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT has signed an annex to the agreement with Redis Bulgaria EOOD for lease of additional 1 368.63 sqm office space in Synergy Tower in Sofia Tech Park, whereby Redis Bulgaria will occupy the entire space on the 5th floor of the office building. According to the annex, the lease will expire in August 2030.

With the newly leased areas, the occupancy rate of Synergy Tower stands at 82.45%.
