Notification New Lease Agreement in Kambani Green Offices

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT has signed a lease agreement for office space with Ave Bulgaria Logistics EOOD in Kambani Green Offices. According to the agreement, the leased area is 431.27 sq. m. The lease will expire in March 2028.

With the newly leased area, the occupancy rate of Kambani Green Offices stands at 88.8%.
