Notification New Lease Agreement in Kambani Green Offices

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT has signed a lease agreement for office space with Sqilline Business Solutions OOD in Kambani Green Offices. The lease term, according to the agreement, is 3 years and the leased area is 456.27 sq. m.

With the newly leased area, the occupancy rate of Kambani Green Offices stands at 84.46%.
