Notification final agreement Bricolage Sofia sale

On November 3, 2025 Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT completed the deal and signed the final agreement for the sale of Doverie – Bricolage Shopping Center with address Sofia, Mladost district, Tsarigradsko shoes blvd. 115. As previously announced, the sale price of the property is EUR 18,000,000 (eighteen million) excluding VAT. The buyer in the transaction is Doverie Brico AD.
