“BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND” REIT has signed a lease agreement for office space with “MSG GLOBAL SOLUTIONS BULGARIA EOOD” in Synergy Tower in Sofia Tech Park. The lease term, according to the agreement, is 5 years and the leased area is 662.31 sq. m.
