Seaside Holiday Village-Lozenec

The project is about development of a closed community holiday village on the southern Black Sea coast.The acquired plot is 28 decares and the planned complex will include 291 apartments with a selection of studio, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury finished apartments and one-family houses, all for sale.

The site is located in a picturesque part of the southern Black Sea coast near Lozenec .  It is close to a number of places of historic interest, beautiful landscapes and sunny beaches. The property has pretty good transportation and communication links.

BREF has suspended the project for developing the holiday village in result of the unfavourable market conditions in the holiday properties’ segment – a result of the economic downturn and the oversupply of properties on the Bulgarian seacoast.
