The holiday segment holds 2% share in the current portfolio and includes holiday properties on the seaside and in the mountain. Currently there are two projects. The first one is in the stage of disposal of separate appartment units, while the second one is currently suspended.

• Seaside Holiday Vilage – Lozenetz (suspended).
