In line with the requirement of Article 27 from Ordinance No 2 of the Financial Supervision Commission for initial and subsequent disclosure of information in public offerings of securities and admission of securities to trading on a regulated market, we hereby inform you that as of 01.07.2024 Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT suspends the agreement and discontinues the disclosure of regulated information about the company to the public through the specialized financial media Investor.bg at: http://www.investor.bg/bulletin/.

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT will continue to disclose regulated information about the Company to the public through X3News, a specialized financial media available at http://www.x3news.com/, and through the Company’s website at www.brefbg.com.
