Notification newly leased areas Synergy Tower
On the basis of Art. 17, p. 1 from Regulation (EU) 596/2014 we inform you the following:
”BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND” REIT has signed lease agreement with „Stage Coworking“ OOD for renting office premises in Synergy Tower in Sofia Tech Park. The lease term, according to the agreement is 10 years and the leased area is 2 763,98 sq.m.
With the newly leased areas, the occupancy rate of Synergy Tower stands at 47.78%, of which the occupied office space is 46.09%.
