Notification for granted permission for use of the new office building

The new office building of “BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND” REIT in Sofia, Kambanite Area, has been granted permission for use and is put into operation. Currently, there are three signed lease agreements for the new building with total leased area of 7,221 sq.m.
