Notification for extension of lease agreement in Building 1 in Business Park Sofia

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT has signed an annex to the lease agreement with ExlService Bulgaria EAD for extension of the lease agreement for 1545 sq.m. office space in Building 1 in Business Park Sofia until May 31, 2029. The occupancy of the building remains 67%.
