Notification final agreement Mladost 4 zoned plot sale

On March 19, 2026 Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT completed the deal and signed the final agreement for the sale of zoned land plot in Sofia, Mladost area, Mladost 4 district with an area of 7 570 sq.m. As previously announced, the sale price of the property is EUR 2 800 000 (two million and eight hundred thousand) excluding VAT.
