Notification final agreement Kambani Green Offices
On June 12, 2026 Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT completed the transaction and executed the final agreement for the sale of Kambani Green Offices. As already announced, the selling price of the property is 17 000 000 (seventeen million) euro without VAT. Buyer in the transaction is Е-card Estates EOOD.
